Carolyn Gomersall

Originally from the UK, where Carolyn worked for many years as a nurse. In recent years She has become increasingly aware of and concerned about the ethical and environmental effects of the food we eat. As a mother she cannot live with the idea of eating food produced by child slavery nor the idea of leaving her children a world destroyed by climate change. It is not enough for Cacao to be an ethical and sustainable business, it must also be a platform for spreading awareness of the ethical and environmental issues.
