Tina Chan
Tina is a Yoga instructor with 15 years of yoga practice. As a mom of three adopted dogs, Doga is a way to enjoy the wonderful time with her fur-babies. In addition, Tina participated in Hong Kong Dog Rescue Doga fund raising event. Currently, she teaches Petyoga at the Rosewood Hotel.
Doga is a wonderful time with our dog to create a better relationship, to build the trust and bond with our doggies. The goal of yoga is actually for dog absorb our calm and all the positive * energy we created from yoga practice. In my Doga class , I would start from centering meditation & warm up stretch . Following will be a yoga flow and some partner works. After all, there is a Doga therapy which is giving our dog a massage , skin to skin connect, also acupressure techniques for their wellness will be introduced.
