To celebrate World Mental Health Day on October 10, the AXA BetterMe Weekend is returning on Oct 8 to 9 at West Kowloon Cultural District to promote mental wellness and encourage everyone to "live healthily inside out to become a BetterMe."
Common Farms, K11 & Nespresso Launch Sustainability Concept
In partnership with K11 Musea and Common Farms, Nespresso has launched a new sustainability concept named RE:FARM. The concept, aims to showcasing the journey of Coffee, “from the capsule to cup to the dining table”. The show will run from September 2022 to June 2023 in Hong-Kong where visitors can interact with the results of Nespresso’s sustainability engagements.

Katelyn Au Yeung and Benedict Law, both 17, started Mental Health Notebook a year ago to help teens overcome mental health conditions and raise awareness.
The group offers free online therapy sessions, and aims to change school curriculums to include mental health classes. It’s even going to the UK parliament.
